You know what, it’s obvious that you’re good in ur grammar, good in ur writings…but i’ve noticed something, you’re narrating ur adventures, ur experiences in details but without excitement/thrill… it seems that u were just narrating an old story from the past or history book, so many twist or nonsense statement that makes ur readers feel bored..
maybe that’s the reason why some of the students (including me -sometimes) hate history class, coz most of the time, we feel bored and feel sleepy bcoz of so many details, so many nonsense statement and hard to remember…
im sorry for this critisism, but i hope u’ll take it as a positive challange to improve…i admit, im not so good in english and narrating stories too,,,but i love reading stories and i often give critisisms.
just an advice, in narrating ur story, be direct and at least with sense, so ur readers/viewers can easily relate, understand and feel the essence of ur writings,,,avoid narrating/describing so much things without a clear description…
try to read marie claire, cosmopolitan, yes mags or even FHM magz (though it’s a men’s magz,most the articles there are very interesting),,, it can help u more… articles in those magz also features stories, about experiences, life and tips for their readers. specially Marie Claire and Cosmo (I am one of the graphic artists and retoucher of those magz for almost 1 year)
try also to watch PINOY MEETS WORLD (from ch7), since you’re a traveller.
